With more than two decades of dedicated service in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, particularly in the financial sector, Mr. Narayan serves as the Director for Financial Stability & Cybersecurity Division and also functions as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Over 19 years in leadership and managerial capacities, his expertise encompasses Governance, IT Project Management, Information Security, IT Service Management, Audit and Compliance, as well as ensuring operational excellence for critical financial systems.
